Red Cyclone’s new ThunderServe™ product was designed as a professional solution for both new and well-established companies, allowing for rapid deployment of multiple-function Web properties. Reliability, flexibility, functionality and ease of use by non-technical personnel are the backbone of the system. The product’s proprietary engine and innovative design allow for the setup and launch of multiple Web properties under one "parent property." Each Website, while unique in terms of content, functionality and, in many cases, "look and feel," utilizes the same administrative interface. This approach allows external modules to be integrated into the new property by way of the interface. Each Web property can be administered separately if desired, allowing clients the ability to use outside sources for design or administration if they so choose. In the alternative, Red Cyclone is happy to provide such services.
The system allows for the immediate creation of Websites featuring commerce, membership, community, and content, including even the most advanced forms of dynamic, rapidly changing news and information (Associated Press News Wire, Stock Quotes, etc). Once activated, such elements become immediately available to the sites end users. The system incorporates reporting software that provides for full accounting of commerce, traffic and user tendencies within the site.
The backend, administrative tools and core functionality of the system are proprietary and have been stress tested, under heavy load and high traffic, over a period of 2+ years. Previous single server systems developed by our design team have operated under extreme loads in excess of 10 million hits per day. In short, the basic concept of high traffic reliability has been a primary focus of our development team. Other priorities include: ease of use, simplicity of navigation, shortened time to implementation, ability to quickly add new modules, ability to send automatic software updates, built in commerce and user database management tools, built in reporting systems, vast growth potentials in a short period, a "zero downtime" philosophy, maximum systems compatibility, and the ability to integrate third-party software components.
